Our pupusas are served on a thick corn tortilla stuffed with queso blanco and topped with your choice of meat, served with pickled vegetables, house slaw, cotija cheese, salsa roja and crema Mexicana. We stuff our enchiladas with cabbage and cheese, and top them with salsa verde. Finally, our quesadillas are stuffed with cheese and your choice of meat, topped with crema pico salsa roja. Stuff any of these menu items with beans and cheese, roasted pork belly, panchetta al pastor, brisket, Barito chicken, duck confit, or seasonal vegetables. You can also have a side with your dinner, so consider adding avocados, guacamole, pico de gallo, pork belly, brisket, tortilla chips, or rice and beans to your meal.
