Diners can order various beverages to wash down their meal at Barito. Select either coffee or tea for a warm and refreshing drink option. To spice up your morning or afternoon, consider one of our signature cocktails. We serve the el barito classico, which is a blanco tequila, orange, lime, agave, and triple sec mixture, during our brunch hours. We also serve the anticuado with Don Juli Anejo tequilla, vanilla, angostura bitters, and orange bitters. Other popular options include the incendiario with jalapeno and habenero infused blanco tequila, orange, lime agave, and triple sec; the invierno with reposado tequila and seasonal flavors; our red and white sangria with seasonal fruit; and the villa confresi with rum, coconut, and island lime.
At Barito, we serve exclusive brunch menu items on Saturdays and Sundays from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. These menu items include chilaquiles, masa pancakes, and a breakfast burrito. Customers can also order huevo ranchers, which is made from a fried, house-made tortilla with fried eggs, salsa roja, beans, cheese, pico de gallo, and sliced avocado. Our chorizo hash is another appealing option, made from two fried eggs, chorizo, potato, sausage, and seasonal vegetables.
